Service: PressArk provides AI-assisted WordPress operations and content tooling.

License: A valid Freemius license is required for plugin access and updates.

Acceptable use: You are responsible for prompts, generated output, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

Billing: Paid plans and top-ups are billed through Freemius according to the selected plan.

Availability: We aim for stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability: PressArk is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
