Privacy Policy

PressArk is a WordPress AI copilot plugin. This policy explains what data we process and how we protect it.

What we process: site content selected for indexing, AI prompts/responses, action logs, chat history, and billing metadata required for service operation.

Billing & licensing: licensing and subscriptions are managed via Freemius.

Retention controls: action logs default to 90 days, chat history 180 days, and cost ledger 365 days. Retention can be configured from 7 to 365 days.

Security: API keys are encrypted at rest using Sodium authenticated encryption.

BYOK mode: requests are sent directly to your configured AI provider. In managed mode, requests use PressArk-managed routing for credits.

Privacy rights: PressArk supports WordPress Privacy Export and Erase workflows where applicable.
